Proven catering experience or qualifications an advantage; hospitality experience; demonstrating high standards of
cleanliness and presentation; excellent communication and customer service skills;
fun and outgoing personality with a flexible attitude.

DUTIES
• Caring for guests and ensuring that their holiday experience with Ski Soleil is of the highest standard
• Preparing and serving breakfast to include: a variety of cooked eggs, bread/croissants, yoghurt, fruit, cereals.
On the evening before your day off you are required to leave out breakfast so that the guests can help themselves.
• Cooking a delicious and beautifully presented 4 course evening meal on six days a week
• Providing freshly baked cakes/biscuits/scones for afternoon tea on all days. For day off, a cake must be prepared the day
before and left out for the clients.
• Keeping all areas of the chalet clean and tidy at all times.
• On changeover day the chalet must be thoroughly cleaned, linen changed, dirty linen sorted, bagged and labelled ready for
pick up. You must assist clients with luggage as required.
• Airport transfer of guests
• Purchase of all food stuffs and cleaning products whilst keeping within the set weekly budget.
• Maintaining chalet accounts and presenting to the Manager each week with receipts
• Competent control of chalet wines
• Care and general maintenance of chalet to ensure that every appliance and fixture/fitting remains in perfect working order
• Keeping access to chalet and steps clear of snow/ice.
• Keeping records of weekly events, to include incidents, ski school bookings, complaints etc
• Resolving any grievances to the best of your ability and communicating these to your Manager as soon as possible
• Providing a ski hosting service on max 3 days per week
• Maintaining the minibus so that it is clean and tidy for transfer day.
