Our Chalet Staff take care to source food that is wholesome and flavoursome and we use local produce wherever possible to ensure freshness.  The food is then prepared carefully with thought to presentation as well as flavour.

 

Dinner: a three course evening meal is served 6 times a week.  We offer a varied menu with many European influences.  Wine is served throughout the meal and ends when the coffee is served in front of the lounge fire.

We are able to cater for special dietry requirements as long as we are aware beforehand. Please email us with your requirements at least two weeks before your arrival if it was not outined on the booking form.

Vegetarian Options:   Spinach, goats cheese and walnut tart or Aubergine Rarebit or Lentil Lasagne

 

Breakfast consists of a selection of cereals, porridge, fresh french bread, croissants, eggs cooked to order, yoghurt and fresh fruit.

(On staff day off we will leave out cereals, fruit, bread for toast);  Tea coffee, hot chocolate and fruit juices.

 

Afternoon Tea is laid out for you after a hard days skiing.  There will be a freshly baked cake, french bread and jam, tea, coffee, hot chocolate.

 

For the Children: we aim to make everybody’s stay special, so ensuring that the kids are looked after is important.  An earlier evening meal can be provided and guidance from parents on eating preferences is always nice to have before you arrive.
