We loved Lyn's food and Keith was always hospitable and there with any info you needed. The Chalet was spotless and the fire always ready to light. Even when the van was snowed in and Lyn was out really late, doing the shopping, our meal was still on the table in time.”

My first day back in the office and thought I would drop you both a quick note to say what a fantastic time we had at Chalet Zibeline. Helped along by the great snow we had, but more importantly by our fantastic hosts Dan and Jess.
They were superb and could not have been better or do more for us. As first timers to catered chalets this exceeded all our expectations. Thanks again to you all,

“We are now home after our holiday with you, and would just like to congratulate you on the whole experience. Right from the initial booking enquiry, up to Keith helping me to dig out the car for the return journey. Your replies to my emails were almost instant on most occasions, you adapted very well when we asked for an additional space and the information flowed easily. Keith, Linda and Sam were, in our view , outstanding and do you proud as Ski Soleil Chalet Hosts. Nothing seems too much trouble for them, the food was great and if there is a problem , they will do whatever they can to help resolve it as quickly as possible, without any fuss! We would be pleased if you print this and pin up in Genepie, to show future Guests. Beat wishes for the rest of the Season and I hope everyone coming out has as enjoyable a week as us, we look forward to possible future return trips to La Plange with you, Richard, Diane, Jason, Iain and Sian.
