This second floor 1 bedroom apartment offers well laid out accommodation for up to 4 people. Situated in Residence Les Cotes, B7 is in an almost ski-in, ski-out position with the Montchavin piste running alongside the residence;it is a short 250m ski down to the Montchavin chairlift that accesses all of PARADISKI.  

The accommodation comprises; spacious lounge/diner with large sofa bed and good quality table and chairs, open plan, modern kitchen with hob, small oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge; there is a small balcony off the lounge.

A separate bedroom contains a set of twin beds; between the living area and the bedroom there is a bathroom (bath with overhead shower) and a separate WC. The lounge/diner, kitchen area, hallway, WC and bedroom have all been recently decorated with new carpets/tiles fitted.

There is a ground floor ski locker.  Other equipment includes a TV/DVD player, CD/Radio, iron, selection of books and games. Parking close by.
