The apartment comprises a galley style, modern kitchen with fridge, microwave, mini oven, hob, and all necessary cooking equipment.  

The bathroom has a bath with overhead shower fixing, washbasin and wc.    

The newly living/dining area is equipped with sofa bed for two, dining table and chairs, TV and DVD player, large storage cupboards.  

An open plan staircase leads up to a mezzanine (restricted head room/sloping ceilings) equipped with two single beds, wardrobe and bedside table - there is a window too!
